Founder & Director
Oliver Hutley
Oliver co-founded SpringRock with Rory Chichester and brings over 25 years of experience across finance, construction, and facilities management. He is RICS qualified with a strong track record in asset management, M&A, corporate finance, and real estate.
Oliver co-founded TECS Group in 2011, growing it from a standing start into a national provider of specialist building compliance services. His financial expertise and entrepreneurial approach allow SpringRock to move quickly and decisively on opportunities.
Founder & Director
Rory Chichester
Rory co-founded SpringRock with Oliver Hutley and has spent his career building, scaling and investing in businesses within the built environment. He brings 25 years of industry expertise across construction, facilities management, and finance.
Rory co-founded TECS Group in 2011 and also serves as CEO, overseeing its growth into a national compliance platform. Previously he worked at Strand Hanson, an independent merchant bank, and at Kandahar Group — a UK real estate joint venture between a family office and Morgan Stanley.
